THE 5G ROLLOUT

This definition of 5G can be found from the Wikipedia website:
In telecommunications, 5G is the fifth generation technology standard for cellular networks, which cellular phone companies began deploying worldwide in 2019, the planned successor to the 4G networks which provide connectivity to most current cellphones. Like its predecessors, 5G networks are cellular networks, in which the service area is divided into small geographical areas called cells. All 5G wireless devices in a cell are connected to the Internet and telephone network by radio waves through a local antenna in the cell. The main advantage of the new networks is that they will have greater bandwidth, giving higher download speeds, eventually up to 10 gigabits per second (Gbit/s). Due to the increased bandwidth, it is expected that the new networks will not just serve cellphones like existing cellular networks, but also be used as general internet service providers for laptops and desktop computers, competing with existing ISPs such as cable internet, and also will make possible new applications in IoT and M2M areas. Current 4G cellphones will not be able to use the new networks, which will require new 5G enabled wireless devices.
It is important to note that the new networks will allow for new applications in IoT (Internet of Things). These applications allow for many devices to be connected to the cellular network; including appliances in one's home.
Smart meters can use the cellular network to communicate electrical usage to the utility companies.
Elon Musk's Starlink consists of statellites that will help to enable the 5G communications.
Cell Phone Health Risk

Ronald L. Melnick PhD is an independent consultant and was a senior toxicologist for 28 years in the National Toxicology Program or NTP at the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences, part of the National Institutes of Health. He led the design of the NTP study $30 million project for toxicology and carcinogenesis studies of cell phone radio frequency radiation in rodents. An article in The Hill talks about the NTP study. See Link. It shows clear evidence of a link between cancer and exposure to wireless cell phone signals. In addition to this, the WHO has classified classified radio-frequency radiation from wireless devices as a “possible human carcinogen”. Interestingly, the FDA is downplaying the test results.
Martin Pall PhD is Professor Emeritus of Biochemistry and Basic Medical Sciences at Washington State University. He is a published and widely cited scientist on the biological effects of electromagnetic fields. He is particularly expert in how wireless radiation impacts the electrical systems in our bodies. On August 7, 2017, Martin Pall wrote a letter to the California Legislators. In the letter he lists the following ill health effects of cell phone radiation backed by scientific research:
- Various neurological/neuropsychiatric effects, including changes in brain structure and function, changes in various types of psychological responses and changes in behavior.
- At least eight different endocrine (hormonal) effects.
- Cardiac effects influencing the electrical control of the heart, including changes in ECGs, producing arrhythmias, changes that can be life threatening.
- Chromosome breaks and other changes in chromosome structure.
- Histological changes in the testes.
- Cell death (what is now called apoptosis, a process important in neurodegenerative diseases).
- Lowered male fertility including lowered sperm quality and function and also lowered female fertility (less studied).
- Oxidative stress.
- Changes in calcium fluxes and calcium signaling.
- Cellular DNA damage including single strand breaks and double strand breaks in cellular DNA and also 8-OHdG in cellular DNA.
- Cancer which is likely to involve these DNA changes but also increased rates of tumor promotion-like events.
- Therapeutic effects including stimulation of bone growth.
- Cataract formation (previously thought to be thermal, now known not to be).
- Breakdown of the blood-brain barrier.
- Melatonin depletion and sleep disruption.
Smart Meter Documentary

There is an excellent documentary called "Take Back Your Power" put together by Josh del Sol. You can watch it for free at his website TakeBackYourPower.net. Since YouTube is notorious for censoring this type of material you can watch a backup of the video on Brighteon in the event YouTube pulls the video down.
Here are some points about smart meters from the film:
- The decision to install smart meters was made without public input.
- Companies are breaking into apartment buildings to install the meters.
- Companies are making it hard to opt out of having a smart meter.
- Smart meters have not been shown to reduce electricity use.
- Smart meters have not been shown to reduce electricity bills.
- Smart meters have been known to cause fires.
- Each appliance has a code that the smart meter detects. Information is sent to the utility company whenever appliances are turned on. The company therefore has a record of your habits.
- The goal is to charge you a carbon tax based on appliance usage.
- The smart meter can be used to stop appliances running in your home. You can do this yourself, or another party can do it without your persmission.
- Ill health effects are documented from the radiation generated from the smart meters.
